Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Wrong or missing items: If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days for a quick resolution.
Lost packages: If your order does not arrive within 45 days, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Personalized or clearance sale items
